Return & Exchange Policy
Our returns & exchange policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. All product/s should be accompanied by the original Sales Invoice for Return and Exchange.

2. Incorrect/ Damaged / Defective Unit:

  • The product/s must be in unused and unopened condition, with all the original packaging material, cartoon, accessories, manuals, registration cards, free of cost (FOC)/bundled product/s and promotional vouchers.
  • Open products will be accepted if different from description or picture displayed or website.
  • Return request of the product must be initiated within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.
3. Change of Mind*:
  • Return will be accepted only original packages in proper condition including all accessories
4. Missing Items:
  • The amount of any missing item will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
5. Exchange of items:
  • In the event of any exchange the difference amount will be adjusted
6. Non-returnable products:
  • Kindly refer to the Non- Returnable Criteria section below

7. Conditions apply for any exchange during promotions.

*Customer will be charged AED 100 for the conditions specified in the section “Change of Mind”
 
Non-returnable Criteria
Lutfitrading.com shall not accept any return, replace or exchange products under the following conditions:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not in the same condition as received;
  • Any product which has been used or installed.
  • Products that have been tampered or missing serial numbers;
  • Under no circumstance the delivery and installation charges will be refunded


Refund Process
Your refund will be initiated once the product is received back in our customer fulfilment center and inspected by our team.


Refund will be applicable under following conditions:
1. For delivered products, we will refund the customer the product amount in full only under the below conditions:

  • Any manufacturing defects
  • Product details not matching the description on our website

2. For products not delivered, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order before shipped
 
The final refund will be received by you as follows:

  • If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to your wallet
  • if you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund by credit/debit card or to your wallet.Credit / Debit card refund will take place within 7-14 working days. (Product/s purchased through credit/debit card will be refunded ONLY to the same credit/debit card used for the transaction)
  • A refund for product/s purchased through any kind of Gift Cards, Points, etc. will be refunded back to your wallet.

 
Return Timescale

  • If the refund is to your credit/debit card, within 7-14 working days from the day our return inspection is completed.
  • If your refund is to your wallet, you will receive the refund within 1 working day after your product is received back in our customer fulfilment center and inspected by our team
