Our warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in material, design and/or workmanship after purchase of the product. Warranty repairs will be carried out at Nobel authorized service centres. In instances where a product is bought through another seller that is not Lutfitrading.com, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.
  • The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and/or workmanship. Warranty obligations are limited to repairing of defective product or refunding the amount of the purchased product (such decision at the product Seller’s discretion).
  • Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.
  • In the case of a refund, the customer must return all the accessories of the product. The amount of any missing item will be deducted from the amount of the refund (see return and exchange policy).
  • In cases where Nobel is considered the seller, a twelve (12) month warranty will be provided for eligible items purchased within UAE.
  • Warranty Period: 1 Year and compressors 5 year. Small appliance and consumer electronics are to be brought by customer to Company authorized service centre for repairs.
  • In case of air conditioners, the unit must be installed, maintained and operated as per the manufacturer’s manual.
  • Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period.
  • In the event that your product cannot be repaired but is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll issue a replacement if applicable.
  • To avail of warranty services if a defect occurs in your product within the valid warranty period, please contact us with an attached picture of your product and invoice to the Lutfi Trading customer service e-mail: customerservice@lutfigroup.com or you may contact our service team at +971 4 8842122.
  • We shall contact you within 24 hours to validate the claim and to set a time for collection. Once collected and approved by Lutfi Trading, the product shall be sent for repair at the service center and returned back to you within 7 working days.
  • The warranty will not be covered under the below conditions:
  1. Defect or damage is the result of the customer misuse and non-abidance by the instructions for use.
  2. Liquid spill on product.
  3. Product having un-authorized repairs or tampered with
  4. Electrical issues arising from power fluctuations or incorrect voltage current supply
  • By submitting your item for repair, you consent to us and the repairer using your contact details in this way only as required in connection with the repair service.
  • The customer confirms that all information provided during the warranty claim is correct.
  • Customers should consult manufacturer’s instructions manual before use of product and Lutfi Trading shall not be responsible for any incidental damages arising due to misuse of product.
  • The warranty is only valid in the UAE and does not apply to export sale
  • Warranty exclusions also include the below:
  1. Labour and gas chargeable for any compressor claim after one year. Cost of removal and re-installation of unit will also be chargeable and not covered under warranty.
  2. Damage to product finish, paintwork, dents, scratches, broken glass, plugs, fuses, batteries, bulb, light cover, brushes, hoses, dusts, units choked with sands, water resulting in corrosion. Power outage, fluctuation of voltage, fading of colour during usage, insufficient current supply, improper and unauthorized installations by third party. Damage arising out of wrong use of plug & socket or using extension cord connecting too many appliances together is not covered under warranty.
  3. Once the warranty expires, customer will be charged for labour & spare parts.
  4. Lutfi Trading will not be responsible for any loss or damage to a person or property direct consequential or incidental damages arising from the wrong use or inability to use the product.
  5. Once the warranted product has been repaired or replaced, the warranty for such product will be valid for the balance period from the date of original purchase of invoice.
  6. The Warranty ceases to be valid in case of ‘force majeure’ e.g., natural disasters, lightening, super storm, war, governmental acts causing embargo, restrictions on import or any other act of God which are beyond human control.
